National Skills Coalition hosted teams from seven states at the SWEAP State Leadership Forum on December 8 – 9, 2014 in Miami, Florida. The Forum was sponsored by JPMorgan Chase Foundation and Ford Foundation. The purpose of SWEAP is to assist state policy leaders with using data to better align workforce and education programs to meet employer skill needs.
