Mike Mandina, President of Optimax, FLWIB member and Chair of FAME introduced Vice President Joe Biden at Monroe Community College on Wednesday. Mike was invited to speak about his company, industry and education partnerships. Proof that our Finger Lakes Works “Skills2Compete” Middle Skills Campaign is gaining national attention! Mike is also a member of the Nationals Skills Coalition Business Leaders United(BLU) group and he will be traveling to the White House tomorrow, January 31, 2014, to address the long term unemployed and middle skills gap.
