The Rehabilitation Act (Workforce Investment Act, Title IV) is the primary federal job training and employment program for adults with disabilities. Nearly two-thirds of adults with disabilities who want to work are unemployed. Job training is essential to ensure that the millions of people living with disabilities who want to work can take their place as part of America’s skilled workforce.

National Skills Coalition supports the reauthorization of the Rehabilitation Act to ensure that adults living with disabilities can acquire the skills training and employment services they need to get and keep family-supporting jobs, and to help American businesses better compete in today's economy.
