Skills to Compete
National Skills Coalition's skills strategy sketches out initial steps that the Obama Administration and Congress can take, across a range of federal policies, in pursuit of the Coalition's vision of a new 21st-century skills guarantee. The skills strategy is structured around three strategies ("3 Ps"): sector partnerships, career pathways, and proportionate investment in the skills demanded by the labor market.
