Theresa Feeley.
Terri works with nonprofit organizations, municipalities, and employers to build the skills, careers, and economic success of low-income individuals. She also develops and advocates for public policies and system changes that increase the accessibility of education, training, work supports, and financial services.
From 2000 to 2008, Terri promoted workforce policies and practices that are win-win for workers and their employers at SFWorks, then an affiliate of the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce. Terri served as SFWorks’ Executive Director for six years. Prior to joining SF Works, Terri was a policy analyst for the National Association of Child Advocates and a consultant to the Administration for Children and Families and the Department of Labor.
Terri is credentialed as a Senior Professional in Human Resources by the Society for Human Resource Management. She holds a bachelor’s degree from The College of William and Mary and a master’s degree in public policy from Georgetown University. She is based in San Francisco, California.
Terri has been a member of NSC’s Board since 2002.
